Cancellations & Refunds:

1. You may cancel this Registration Contract and receive a full refund at any time prior to midnight of the THIRTIETH (30th) CALENDAR DAY after the date of your registration. After this thirtieth (30) day Registration Contract cancellation period, no refunds shall be made.
2. You may cancel this membership at any time after the date of your purchase. Please note if you contact our team to cancel AFTER the current month's payment has already gone through, you will be responsible for that payment, but will not be charged for the following month's payment.
3. No refunds shall be given for payments that have been made prior to notice of cancellation being given to the Client Care Department.
4. Participation and payment is based on full months. No prorated refund shall be made for partial months completed.
5. Any refunds issued will be refunded by your original form of payment in USD at the current exchange rate on the date of refund, however you must provide your original card details to Client Care for processing.
6. The Program is not responsible for any differences in the exchange rate from the date of the original purchase and the date of the refund.

Program Policy:

1. All-Access program ("the Program") is either a one-time purchase OR payment plan purchase depending on the option chosen at check out and the client's credit card given at the time of purchase will be charged once OR monthly depending on the payment option chosen.
2. Lifetime access is only given after all installments have been completed. If you select a payment plan, 12 installments are needed to receive lifetime access.
3. The Program requires a valid email address and a stable Internet connection to be able to play video files.
4. All program transactions must be in US Dollars (USD), regardless of place of purchase.
5. Membership in the Program is not transferable.
6. If the payment plan option is chosen, client can only access one (1) program per month, which cannot be changed to another program from the All-Access catalogue within the same month
7. Program fees are subject to change with 30-day written or email notice, and we reserve the right to change, modify or cancel the Program as necessary.
